I would think Naiore would deem it too risky to go near Lespheria and Vanwe.
So sorry, I did not mean to bait her so with Rauthain and his whims, but the stream I thought was in front of the building. Ah well!

But Naiore isn't helpless, she's rather wise to pick the best moment to act.
