Wow! I thought you two were getting on well together.

I am very happy for you both and may I wish you every happiness together. Marriage is certainly something that I can heartily recommend.

Will it be a Tolkien-themed wedding, perhaps? I can well imagine Hobbit page-boys and bridesmaids and a wing-crowned davem and Elven-gowned Lalwende walking back down the aisle together ...

Goodness gracious me! That's two enagements announced on the Downs in the space of a month or so! I shall have to buy a new Saucepan hat.
