Sorry. I think the best name for the winged Nazgûl (sorry, not exactly the Fell Beasts) is the one Gollum gives them:

Wraiths! Wraiths on wings! The Precious is their master.

Sounds and seems more horrific than all the other references to them. Gollum's absolute fear of them makes them seem pretty scary. Elsewhere in the books (and especially the TTT movie), they appear impotent (teehee!).
