I think the part that legolas plays is just perfect. The story need not be changed in any way. Otherwise Tolkien wasn't true to himself by giving legolas this part. If Tolkien didn't like the part that legolas plays, he would have changed it, as he did with a lot of things in his story which didn't please him.
Wouldn't have minded to see more of this delicious looking elf in the film though.... Namarie! Love, Iaurlachien |
