When your older brother, who knows very little of Lord of the Rings and Tolkien related stuff, makes the remark: "now that's a bad habit." And you mis-hear it as, "now that's a bad hobbit."
When you turn off the Christmas music on the radio and substitute it with the Lord of the Rings soundtrack.
