Falling sick on the most important day of the week. My housemate gets sick - it's on a short day, attendance is not taken at these classes, and they are all recorded. I get sick and have to miss a day - mandatory classes with attendance, a hands-on lab, most confusing lecture is not recorded, and two meetings take place. Wonderful timing!
