You know what would even be more scarier than being in prison with a Ringwraith or and Orc. Being in prison with Morgoth or a Balrog. That would be freaky!
But now back to the topic, that would be weird. I would stay far away in my own little corner. The prison would probably be more like a dungeon, with stone walls, stone floors, and a small window that looks out on to some Middle Earth type scene. The floor would probably be covered with some kind of dirty hay or something like that (because in about every fantasy book I have read the prisons looked exactly like that). I would sit in a corner, though if we had to spend a long time in there, and I was with an Orc, I probably would try to make friends with them and try to bring out there inner anguish. Because in the Silmarillion, it talks about the Orcs having a little bit of there elvish sensibilities left deep inside of them. I would try to say that they are in a safe place and they no longer have to worry about there masters, and there is no one who is trying to kill them anymore. Unless they do something really terrible again.
