Well, as far as a follow up to the LOTR, i'm afraid there is none. However, if you'll read the appendix at the end of The Return of the King, that will provide you with some information about what happens to the rest of the fellowship. And if you'd like to know where exactly Frodo went, well there are several books that deal with that in one way or another: Silmarilion, and the Histories of Middle-Earth (HOME). Start with the appendix though, that'll quickly answer some questions you have.
