Impossible cause GW is definitly Bombadil.
I saw him in a parade,The boots werententirely Yellow but they were yellowish.
As for Goldberry maybe he was married before she died and the reason we havent heard about it is because he dosent like to talk about it. I can think of more if you give me some more time to think on it.
