Rangers: Where'd they come from, how did they live, who were they?

So here's a question for you:

Would Eldarion be inherently stronger than Aragorn? On the basis of his heritage alone, I might think so. After all, he had a much stronger strain of the blood of the great heroes of the First Age than did his father, thanks to Arwen.

I would think the re-introduction of Elven blood to the line would have enduring properties for the descendants of Eldarion,much like the past bonding of elves and men. Of course, little is written about post war events and people, so plenty of speculation can be had here.
