Having been in such close quarters for a bit, has anyone discovered Baranthol's secret?

In one od last Theodred's posts he wrote that Taradan began to suspect if Baranthol was really a man. Estelyn could use that if she wants to.
I have an idea. Maybe some time in the future real Baranthol could show up and cause some fuss (like Viola and Alberto in Shakespeare's drama "The Twelfth (sp?) Night").
