Sting

Sauche immediately was upon her feet. With steps like those of a bird she dashed towards the King as the two elves faught, glancing over her shoulder only once. She looked at Legolas.

"You...take your father. You are in danger." She grasped the prince's hand and yanked him, shoving him towards the nearest exit. She glanced around her again and then found herself borrowing the spear from the soldier opposite the one Legolas had taken his weapon from. She went after the king and his son, flanking them and walking backwards, making sure nobody else would tryt o herm the ruler. However, Legolas would not, for honor or whatever reason, flee. Nor would Thranduil, though the king did allow his guards to form in a phalanx around his throne. Legolas re-joined the wild elf girl.

"Dind't I tell you to go?" She hissed. "Would you die now, in a room of convicts and prisoners? Your father is safe, as you should be! Go and protect him, you fool!" She glanced at him out of the corner of her eye, he was half-smiling. It was as if he knew she did indeed, stand on the side of justice and was very pleased with himself because of it. She snarled, lowering herself into a battle-ready position, should the attacker escape the fray and lash out at her.
