Hwestlaeriel heard Tallin's comments vaguely, but she was filled with too much euphoria at this new development to really notice. She was finally out of the house! She smiled and wondered what her parents would think when the awoke and read her letter. She hoped that they would not be too mad.
Maybe Tallin was not so bad. Maybe Hwestlaeriel just had to give her a chance. Maybe she would prover herself in the long run. Were there always this many maybe's in dealings with outsiders? Hwestlaeriel had never had to deal with those outside her own family but a few times, when people had briefly passed through.
