I think that he will snap, soon, him being the cowardly dog that he is and push Saruman off a ledge on Orthanc, before being eaten by a hungry Treebeard, or more likely, to be shot down by some anonomous Archer, or to kill himself in despair, after we see yet another 'Ha-ha, let's laugh at that stupid dwarf' joke.
