Though it didn't follow the book, it's one of my favorite parts of the movie TTT. I found it rather entertaining, and it made Theoden look good (it really wasn't his fault, it was "magic" ) For the movie, I liked it. It doesn't make sense that Aragorn lets Wormtongue go though.
