Here i distinctly remember:
FOTR theatrical: Augsut 6th FOTR EV: hmmm, November 14th? i'm more cloudy about that one, but the 6th was absolutely totally most definitely the theatrical. I went to my friend's house nd was in Tolkien heaven for about 7 hours watching all the 2 discs.
