Robin Williams as Bombadil!!!
Excellent casting idea, DarkRose!!! How about Vern Troyer (Mini-Me) as Nob & Bob, the hobbit helpers at the Prancing Pony in Bree? Heather Graham strikes me as a vision of Goldberry. Oh, and Howard Stern could play Bill the Pony!
