What was wrong with the scene in which the Ringwraiths pursue Arwen and Frodo? (It has nothing to do with the stunt doubles.)

Maybe hey couldn't make the sizes of "Arwen" and "Frodo" the right proportion?

Well, for one thing, Arwen wasn't even supposed to be there....

In some parts of it, Frodo has that greenish nasty stuff around his mouth and in other parts he doesn't.
