Shelob? Because she guards Cirith Ungol?
Or Sauron? Becuase he guards Cirith Ungol (in a way)? Or Gollum? Becuase Beregond practically worsips Minas Tirith and Gollum worships Shelob who lives in Cirith Ungol? Those are the three I can't decide between.  Am I even allowed to post more than one guess?

Actually, yes. They were together the only times they met her (Lothlorien, Minas Tirith & going home, Grey Havens).
