Some one will state a quote that doesn't exist (with enough clues so it can be understood) and the others guess who would have said it and when

another the answer would be "Gandalf about the beggining of FOTR when Frodo says Im glad your back he says so am I I have missed the shire...."

I think perhaps because no one knows. I'm thinking either Sam or Boromir for some reason I don't know to who or where they would be. I could be wrong
