Well according toi Estel Im a gang leader(and according to everyone else that gang is the dreaded Chips Ahoy Cartel)
 , and as we know "takes one to know one" Estel was partt of the italian Mafia he wears his suave suits and likes carrying around a bat but unike his comrads he yells for protection money in elvish as opposed to italian, so he was forced to start his new gang it Elvish Mafia.
