I'll go with Firefoot's answer, although it was stated in UT I 1 that Tuor looked like the father of the king of the Kings of Men, which was indeed his destiny. If we follow that line, then Eärendil must be the first king of the Kings of Men.
But he never became King of Númenor. So I'm confused. Firefoot - 1 Fingolfin II - 1 Evissë - 1 NightKnight - 1 5. Whose title did the first Númenórean king to use the Adûnaic tongue for his name claim?
