Everdawn - we have been at this for a year. We started in September of last year. The planning thread opened, I believe, in July 2003.

Ah well, Gilly can always take up bounty hunting....

On second thought, I think I hear her shouting at me to find time...somewhere...before she gets stranded!

There does appear to be an opening...perhaps she should put in an application?

I can just hear her threatening some dastardly deed to their kneecaps! But of course she'd be particular about her quarry.

Hobbits should be good at whacking kneecaps - they're just about the right size!

Pio - It seems that I have taken over the reins where Barrold Ferny is concerned for the remainder of the story. Could you please designate me as his writer on the Fan-Fic Authors page for the latter part of the story? I think Everdawn had only two (?) posts for him before handing him over to me. Thanks!

Hey! It seems that I am having another hurricane this weekend. Hopefully, I will be lucky (again) and not lose power or phone connections. As usual, please bear in mind that if I disappear for a few days it is due to the storm. I'll be back!

Hi, all! I just wanted to check in & say that I have weathered yet another storm in reasonably good shape. I should have my Save filled by sometime tomorrow at the latest. I was going to do it today during my downtime at work, but find I have forgotten my Atlas.
