Right now, given the examples here, it seems to me that humour is of substantial worth to Downers, which is an interesting phenomenon, because, for example, davem is one of the two most highly rated posters here, but I cannot recall any of his contributions to Mirth or the RPGs. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to post as much as I'd like on the Downs (also, my sense of humour is something of an aquired taste & is usually taken the wrong way ), & if you've struggled through my only fanfic (Orophin Dreams of the Waters of Awakening - in the fanfic section), I'm not sure you'd want me involved in an RPG!
