Random Marching Formations
When I go to Marching Band competitions (shh! don't tell anybody!
 ) I watch some of the larger bands, see them following the "Drum Major" (aka conductor) and am reminded of Saruman speaking to all the Uruk Hai from his tower at Isengard.
