I had already forgotten the satisfaction one gets for thinking up a guestion you can't find an answer to.

The correct answer would have been Glaurung as he tried to cross Cabed-en-aras through the same route as a a wild reindeer escaping from the hunters of Haleth. And I think we all know how Glaurungs jump over the Cabed-eb-aras ended.
