And wasn't the Valar's gesture supposed to be futile? Really, what is this preoccupation with sudden and battle-turning events? It just means that Mogul's going to have to introduce (or reintroduce) yet more forces of darkness to the field.  Oh well, c'est la vie ... er ... mort.

Great posts, Mith and Rim! Well, well, no one had thought of using "mooning" yet, so there are actually new parody ideas out there! However, the disappearance of so many foes does challenge our inventiveness, as the battle isn't over till the fat lady ... I chuckled over the revisionist history mentions, Mith! Nice use of "Day Ussex Makkinna", Rim! Somehow the Eagles weren't quite Tolkienish, though...
