I must admit that I know remarkably few of these characters, having only read some of Roverandom and being familiar with the Tom Bombadil set of characters from LotR...
However, even though I don't mind Tom as much as I used to, I still can't sit by and watch him get anywhere close to the end... ++Hey derry dol's ++Tom Bombadil |

End of Day the First
The inaugural day of Minor Works Survivor began slowly, with the judges warily eyeing many of the unfamiliar contestants. Votes, when they came, were varied. At the end, two unlucky characters ended up tied:
Tom Bombadil: 2 votes Princess Pam: 2 votes Sunny Sam: 1 vote The Mewlips: 1 vote The Giant from the Wild Hills: 1 vote The Sea-serpent: 1 vote And so, Tom and Pam were literally trussed up together and heaved into the Sea. Tom gave a cry of "Hey derry dol!" with a mysterious wink and Pam, being the Princess of the Sea, simply smiled as she returned to her home with a mighty splash. I suggest we send
++Perry-the-Winkle away. He is definitely not thinking of the general welfare of the others, since he eats up all of the food and leaves none for his fellow villagers.
