Actually, if I'm understanding correctly, shouldn't it be 'Monsters Slaughter Here'? If you wanted 'Where', 'ubi' might have been more appropriate.

And if you really want to be technical, 'monstrae' is used more in the sense of omens and portents; 'belluae' would indicate a beast or wild animal.
