Getting through a day where you have 4 exams all in a row and knowing you did your best on all but one, and being so grateful you never have to do it again!
Also, people who buy you chocolate to make up for the hell of such a day.

The attending pediatrician I'm working with this week.
On rounds today, we saw a baby with a pacifier. Baby objected to having the pacifier taken away. Attending said, "Is that your Precious? Are you Sméagol, or are you Gollum?"  Made my day.

I assign pumice stones. They are wonderful for scrubbing dead skin off of feet.
Ya know, I had a dream last night that I scrubbed my heels and they were so nice and smooth, except that I missed a spot...so today I scrubbed my heels and they're so nice and smooth...except for that spot I missed. Yep. Same spot. (Dr. Dream needn't explain, I think I got it on my own  )Also, baseball games. I went to my first last month, and I was shocked at how fun they really are.
