My name is after a character of my own writing. Her personality is probably exactly opposite my own, but she's a really cool character and I'm rather proud of her, and I loved writing the story. I don't know why I used that name when I joined here. Actually, I take that back, I kind of do. I was intending on using the name Istri from C.S. Lewis' Till We Have Faces, but I stuck in the wrong e-mail address and so couldn't get the password. I'm glad I didn't use Istri, it wouldn't have fit me quite so well, I don't think. (Besides that, everyone would have thought I'd mis-spelled Istari, which I didn't, but still...) So, because I couldn't think of any other name, I used Folwren. I almost considered Nienor, or Morwen, but both of those are very sad characters...very sad characters...

Merely a (very slightly) scrambled version of my first name that I happened to find pleasing. Nothing more.

It's The closest thing to a true translation of my name that I could find. I am short one English letter when I translate it back to English from Quenya.

My name, zeen, actually doesn't mean anything special. It's simply the first name which came into my mind when I was trying to find a name for the Barrow-Downs chat back then - and which I still use there whenever I happen to get into that chat, which could be much more often...

Well, I have no idea why my name is what it is, I just thought it sounded pretty. I knew in the back of my mind that I had heard it before, and I had. At 12:00 mass, the Priest had used a name like it.

I have short term memory loss, L.F1 used to say, until she caught it too!

My name probably means Moonblossom
