I like MU's and H-I's ideas, of course I might get a little bored and need to go out to strange new places every once in a while to find some more lore.

On second thought, being some sort of architect would be nice. I can imagine building vast mansions into mountains like the dwarves or a beautiful elven city or maybe just a tower for Gondor.
