Arvedui has just left Hobbiton.
Tolkien

Actually Eressië Ailin, what you are doing with your picture is illegal. I looked on Jonathon Earl Bowser's website in which you link to for your picture avatar, and he says this:

- Copyright Issues -

All images and text are protected by registered copyright. You are free - of course - to download these picture files to your computer, and if you would like to showcase some of my images on your own web-site, then you are invited to do so. Please upload the picture files to your own server, rather than transloading from my site and borrowing my very limited and expensive bandwidth.

NOTE! - This authorization applies to non-commercial (not for profit) Internet applications only, and anyone who places my work on the Internet must provide a full and prominent credit (my name is to appear with the artwork), and establish a link to my web-site. ANY use of my images without a proper credit and link will be considered an unauthorized use - a violation of, and prohibited by, international copyright law.

So, to use the pic, you should load it to your own host server and give the artist credit in your sig with a link to his website since he requests it.

However, thanks for the steps in setting up an avatar. I just recommend everyone using your their host.
This threaddiscusses avatar issues.

Rynoah, you have my condolences in your loss.
