Alright, I'm hoping after my classes end for the day I can get in a reply or at least start one and post tomorrow morning. I will try to get it done quickly so LMP, Boro, and Finduilas can post again.

If by the end of this week we can get the majority of us together this would be great!!

We have to decide the specific things among ourselves yet. The original concept was meeting the company somewhere in the fields or even in one of the villages after they enter the Shire itself. But as I said, we have to agree on the final version yet.
