My first copy of LOtR was a paperback boxed set for $45, I bought it myself... a year ago. And I still have it!

You are obsessed with LotR when... You are in Sculpture class and You are supposed to do a sculpture of a quote and of course I had to go with

"It's a dangerous business, Frodo going out of your door, you step onto the road and if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing where you might be swept off to."

And my art teacher was familiar with LotR, so she said I could! I made a wonderful sculpture of the Barrow-Downs, full with logo!
