I don't know how much is 80, but we have 20 here and it's great. And spring really deserves to be assigned here

EDIT: Wow. 3,999th post. Now, I guess the next one will make it: It is going to be my RPG post, so I hope it will do it justice.

P.P.S.: Eeeek. 4000 posts it will be? I remember when I saw that Saucepan Man had as much as that. I would have never thought back then of reaching such a sum. Scary!

80 is equivalent to 27 degrees Celsius (while 20 is 68F). That would be summer weather for me. I'm quite envious of everyone experiencing such nice weather. Over here the weather has consistently stayed between 40-55F (5-13C) during the day with lots of rain and wind, though the sun will occasionally peer out. A typical New England spring, I suppose, but I really do hate this in-between weather and am ready for something warmer...

Our average summer weather is about 65 degrees, last summer we didn't get much above 55.

Not really. My mother said that when she was a girl in Bethel, there was native kids running outside in t-shirts in 30 degree weather. Although I have been known to wear sandals and no jacket in the middle of December.


EDIT: I forgot to mention that I made a Barrow-Downs mug to drink tea, in art class. I assign that to the Shire!

I assign getting to watch a solar eclipse! Yay! It's not the full eclipse here in Manila, as the full was seen in China and India, but even a partial eclipse is fine for me.

Late afternoon/early evening thunderstorms (so long as you're not caught outside in the middle of one). I think the one going on right now may be one of the loudest I've experienced. Not to mention the heavy rain and wind. It's amazing.

The incredibly soft and warm blanket I'm snuggled under which only cost me (or, rather, only cost my mom (thanks Mom!)) $4. It's green, too, which just makes it ten times more awesome.

There's nothing like cool nights combated with extreme coziness.

I assign listening to the LotR soundtracks for the first time in a long while. Concerning Hobbits reminded me of my early days on the Downs, which made me extremely happy. Those were simpler, more puerile days.
