Well, he did say 14 MORE rings, so maybe he wouldn't become a wraith, but some other dispicable servant of the dark lord.
Some Quenya names for some "bad-dude" rings could be: Undume=the abyss Qualme/Unquale=agony (death) Faica=contemptible/mean Morcorma=dark ring Erda=deserted/alone ~Scott
