Not exactly new here (I've been hanging around for YEARS) but more like returning after an extended absence from the Tolkien study (you can thank dual English/History degrees for that, but I don't regret it for a moment) and for exceptionally declining vision (worrisome for someone of my young age). Thankfully, a large portion of the more important books of Tolkien's creation are now available as eBooks so I can enlarge the font for easier reading (and not carry around such heavy tomes!).

So enough with my rambling! I'm ready to get back into some discussions!
