I had to stuff my fist in my mouth, I was laughing so much, but really, be careful what you wish for: Universal plans Middle-earth theme park.
Oh yes.  We could beat them to it and establish Barrow-Downs World of course, complete with Live Werewolf and The Wall of Canonicity Death.
