I see this year's rosters are not very user-friendly for me, since I have to make decisions. Means, sorry, Lady of the Golden Wood, not on my team this year (not now, at least). There can be only one goalkeeper, and he does not share power. Same goes for Uglúk. A pity. (It's a long journey ahead, though! Things may still change.)

Ah, quite right- it's now "The Barrow-Downs".
And yes, the (C) for captaincy can be shifted at any time (unless games for that round have already started of course).
