Our biggest positive movers this round—Wilwa leaped up four spots, and Nog moved up two spots. And if everything was added correctly, it seems there is a huge pile-up at the back. And to see how close it is, if any of them had 12 more points they’d be in the top half of the standings instead of in the rear.

And speaking of being close, it seems Nilp is the only one not interested in it. He has grown his lead to 17 points. But of course that’s not insurmountable by any means…

Okay, this certainly does not add up, one way or the other. I am really really bad at maths, so I am not even trying to count how many points should I get per each person, but the result does not add up, and also, shouldn't I get double points for Arien? Same goes for Nog, I think, who copied my move and has her as her captain as well (Not that I want to continue feeding him points, but...)

In any case, this round in total looks MUCH better than the previous ones! I'm on the rise, watch out! (Hope it continues that way...)

You can have three players from a team, but once the semifinals arrive you can have four.

You are allowed four trades before the quarters, four trades before the semis, then three trades ahead of the finals.

If your captain is eliminated and you don't assign a new one, the lowest active player on your roster becomes your default captain. If you miss making both trades and predictions in a round you are allowed an extra trade the following round.

This is purely a hypothetical question, and I don't plan on pulling this stunt anytime soon (because, for one thing, I don't think the extra trade can offset the lack of prediction points), but . . . can you miss the trade deadline on purpose and get that extra trade?

I did a recount of your points (also checking the initial points given) and it is hard to end up with any other result but the 43 points given (including Aria's points doubled).

Goalkeeper = 6 points
Defence = 2+2+2-1 = 5 points
Midfield = 3+0+5 = 8 points
Forwards = 4+4+(2x8) = 8+16 = 24 points

6+5+8+24 = 43


It's nice to see the game becoming tighter along with the matches... some of the last games will be just killers to predict and getting predictions wrong means having redundant players in one's team not picking you points, while correct picks might earn you hugely - so I'd say everything's open...

Oh right. Thanks. As I have said, I suck at maths. Somehow I did not realise that tp did not write the double in the list of numbers, but still counted it that way. Now it adds up. Good.
