Does ME still have a high enough profile in the general public that a theme park would be considered a solid investment?

Yes, a TV series is probably going to happen, but with no blockbuster film possibilities on the horizon, maybe Tolkien might not be as attractive in this case as the other brands (much as I hate labeling him as such
