1. Fell Beast
2. Sam (Mount Doom)
3. Lorien boats
4. Dori (carried Bilbo ... dropped him, but a goblin tripped him and kicked him in the back, or something).
5. Tol Eressea
6. The Gwaihir Express!
7. Treebeard
8. Being dead (works for Gandalf and Luthien both!)
9. Wearing the appearance of a vampire bat (Luthien-Thuringwethil)
10. Bucklebury Ferry!
11. Oliphaunts!

PS: As an addendum to the topic: Aragorn - the GPS system. "Turn right at Weathertop. Traffic updates received, notable Nazgul traffic in Weathertop area. Rerouting."
