1. 'A beryl, an elf stone' - found by Strider, on a bridge, I think?
2. Elessar - the "elfstone" that gives Aragorn his name.
3. The white gem that Arwen gives to Frodo.
4. The Arkenstone.
5. The red stone in Narya.
6. Nimphelos (technically not a jewel, but a pearl the size of a dove's egg is pretty impressive).
7. The crystal in which Gimli set three strands of Galadriel's hair as a "pledge of good will between the Mountain and the Wood until the end of days.
8. The pearl mouthpieces of the pipes that the elves made for Bilbo (would they be made from whole pearls, I wonder?)
9. The "great blue stone" (sapphire?) in Vilya.
