this is a long shot, but is it Anguirel?

All the rest have something to do with fire
*Palantiri-Pippin sees the eye of Sauron wreathed in flame
*Ring of Barahir-Barahir rescued Finrod in the Dagor Bragollach (The Battle of Sudden Flame)
*Mirror of Galadriel-Frodo sees the eye in it
*Narya- Ring of Fire
*Silmaril- made by Fëanor, Spirit of Fire
