Sorry, I deleted my original post, because I realised that it was the Battle of the Field of Celebrant, not the Disaster of Gladden Fields as I put originally.

So my answer is:

Is it the Battle of the Field of Celebrant? There is a mist issuing forth from Lothlorien which allows Eorl's forces to attack with surprise.

There was the battle in the Fens of Serech in which Barahir saved Felagund, and then the battle where Beren kiled the dwarves who slew Thingol, and got the Silmaril back at Sarn Athrad. Oh yes and the Battle of Laketown in which Smaug was destroyed. I can't think of any others at the moment.

Battle of the Fields of Celebrant, then, since Celebrant is the name of the river. And if we've decided that Battle of the Gladden Fields was indeed a battle, then that's one too, for the Gladden River is certainly water.
