Z is for...Well, the dwarves seem to be very fond of the letter "Z", and have many names for flora and fauna beginning with that letter.

Unfortunately, they're a secret.

Which brings us back to "A". Anyone want to suggest a theme?

E is for Ecthelion, the White Tower of Minas Tirith. Originally built by King Calimehtar, it was destroyed and rebuilt by Ecthelion I, the 17th Steward of Gondor. The arrogant git also renamed it after himself, but that's another story.
