The Elendilmir was a plain fillet of silver with a single diamond set over the brow. This had also been the crown in Numenor.

I was, indeed, looking for the Sceptre of Annuminas. But by 1977(t.a.), Arvedui was fish-bait at the bottom of the ice bay of Forochel. Who then held the Sceptre?

Hasufel had carried Garulf. I think that you're asking for Garulf's fate. He was slain in battle between Eomer's eored and the orcs of Isengard. If you meant Hasufel's fate, I don't know it after Aragorn remounted his own Roheryn.

I think that you mean Hithaeglir, i.e. the Misty Mountains. I take it to mean just that, mountains of mist.
