Does anyone remember the part where Bilbo is speaking at his birthday party and he says something about likeing people? Does anyone remember that line? That was my fav. line in the movie.

I think it went "Eleventy one years is too short a time to live among such excellent and admirable Hobbits. I don't know half of you as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you as well as you deserve."

That's just the short BBC version. The full one goes like this<BR>"I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve"

It was a good line and I loved the look on the Hobbits faces when he said it, they really brought that scene to life from the book.

I loved that line, and the delivery of it too. he sounded alomst drunk, but he wasn't! sounds of a true party animal!

Thanks! That has to be one of the best lines in the movie! Other ones inclued:<BR>- "They have a cave troll."<BR>- "Its working" "I know it's working, run!"<BR>- "Are we lost?" "No." "I think we're lost" "Shhh." "I'm hungry."
