What happened to the jolly old bombadilo at the end of the age of the Lord of the Rings?

Well, he pretty much stayed at home and watched the trees grow some more. He had no reason to go to Valinor or Tol Eressëa, and was immortal. There's no reason to think that he isn't still out there today....
